
We are currently negotiating on a 4 story commercial building with potential for conversion to 3/4 flats and 1 commercial unit. Expected Gross Development Value of £500,000 and purchase price of £200,000, with a potential profit of £200,000.
We are seeking investors on a 50:50 joint venture split with possible investor profit of £100,000, or alternatively investors who would like to earn 15% per annum interest.
