
We already own this freehold mixed-use building which we have changed from mixed use to residential.
Our planning team is currently preparing plans for conversion to 5 houses, including 3 converted houses in the main building and 2 new build houses in the garden based on a pre-application to the local council.
The Gross Development Value is expected to be around £1.1 million. We would consider either a joint venture arrangement with a 50:50 profit split or alternatively armchair investment at 15% interest per annum.
