Project Manager / Accountant
Paul is an experienced Project Manager who trained as a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a degree in Business and Finance. Paul has spent many years advising / dealing with construction companies through his accounting practice and project managing various projects including:- the conversion of a Grade II Listed Office Building To Residential, Change of Use, Flat Conversions, Mixed Use as well as simple refurbishments. Paul has an excellent grounding in planning and building regulations.
Trainee Chartered Town Planner
Oliver has been with the business since leaving school. He is currently studying towards being a Chartered Town Planner. Oliver's main role is identifying potential sites, planning permission / site analysis, C.A.D and project scheduling and has a good grounding in project management and planning issues. Oliver is also our official Facebook / social media expert.
Planning Consultant
Suzanne is an experienced and qualified town planner with extensive experience in the planning system. Suzanne is normally the first port of call when we identify a prospective development and has been brought in on numerous of our projects.
Automation & Systems
Ian is our IT guru whose task is to automate much of our business in order to identify suitable properties, control costs, manage health and safety, reduce risk and streamline our business so that we can focus on adding more value to our investors.
Site Co-Ordinator
Jamie has worked with us since the beginning of our property development business and has worked on numerous projects. He is our key man on site and liaises with the project manager and trades people ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently. He also takes an active role in the building process.
Building Designer
Mark has spent many years in the design and drafting of plans and building regulations.
